I have got 2 (maybe 3, fingers crossed) new clients but, whenever we get a chance, the Girlie and I have been going mushrooming.

These are actually the less wonderful or the Ceps that we picked on Saturday!
The really perfect ones got sliced and frozen….
Or put into the fridge for later on.
These were sliced and chopped…..
I fried some lardons and onions and then added to the mushrooms to sweat down.
Then I added some water and chicken stock to make the most wonderful sauce you can imagine!
We’ve had it two days in a row and the leftovers are…
Going to be turned into soup tomorrow!
